		<description>Exactly Sean! Great example of stickyness a la "Made to Stick" (and a great book too!). And you're right, negative does the hard work for you, but companies need to pursue the positive to make WOM work to their advantage. And, of course, they need to run their business in a manner that will be conducive to people talking positively about them.</description>

  You nailed it.  It was forwarded to me by two different people.  And yer right, I'm anything BUT a cycling fanatic.  I think the last bike I owned still had the mounts for the training wheels.  Okay, fine.  It still had the training wheels too.

  I think this was a great example of the power of "story", to boot.  I've told the story many times to friends, family and associates.  The image of that woman stripping down is something that sticks in people's minds.  It's a wonderful example of what the guys lay out in "Made to Stick."

  I agree that negative flows way more readily than positive, but if companies were smart they would start working their "messages" into this powerful little stories.</description>
